All orders placed with Merali are confirmed upon full payment. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or amended.

Craft & Color
Each Merali piece is thoughtfully crafted with attention to detail.
Subtle variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to lighting conditions, screen displays, and artisanal techniques. These variations are part of the design character and are not considered defects.

Fit & Sizing
Size guides are provided for reference purposes. Fit may vary depending on the design, fabric, and craftsmanship. We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before placing an order.

Force Majeure
Merali shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, courier delays, supply chain disruptions, or regulatory matters.
