Refund policy

Merali does not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a genuine defect or an incorrect item. Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting images.

Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Made-to-order or customized pieces
• Stitched or altered garments
• Sale or discounted items
• Worn, washed, or used products

Exchange Terms
Approved exchanges are subject to a quality inspection and will be offered as:
• A size exchange (subject to availability), or
• Store credit valid for 15 days

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
